The Subaru Elephant Rock Cycling Festival is partnering with The Rise School of Denver to support a unique, innovative and much needed pre-school program benefiting children with developmental delays such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, learning challenges in addition to accelerating the education of typical learning children.
